Account Data and Its Use

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNBW processes account credentials to verify identity, keep accounts available and protect account activity. Keep your password secure. For account assistance, submit a ticket through the user panel.

When you purchase or use a subscription, the system needs to retain account-related plan, order, payment result and data usage records. This information is used to display subscription status, verify charges, process refund requests and respond to support tickets. The website also collects page-view analytics to check that pages are working, identify issues and improve site navigation. This analytics data is not used to build a record of browsing activity.

Route Connections and Logs

VPNBW does not record which websites users visit through international routes or keep connection logs that could be used to reconstruct individual browsing activity. Processing required to operate routes is separate from the data usage records in an account: usage records help verify subscription allowances and do not track destinations or webpage content.

If you submit a ticket about a connection issue, any error details, device environment information and troubleshooting steps you provide will be used to address the issue. Before submitting, review screenshots and text to avoid including private information unrelated to troubleshooting.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, language preferences and essential interface settings, so navigation and account functions work properly. This browser data is separate from route connection logs and is not used to record websites visited through the routes.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, your login status or saved preferences may be lost, and you may need to log in again or select your settings. Private browsing mode may also clear related data when you close the window.

Payments and Necessary Information Sharing

VPNBW supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service; information provided during payment is subject to that provider's rules. VPNBW receives the transaction result needed to verify the order and links it to the order record to confirm subscription status or process a refund.

When necessary to deliver services, handle support tickets or meet applicable legal obligations, required information may be shared with service providers responsible for that processing. Its use should be limited to the relevant matter. Payment or technical support does not change the policies above on website browsing content and connection logs.

Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while account services are provided. Order and payment records are retained for as long as needed to verify transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. Support ticket data is retained while issues are handled and for any necessary follow-up. Information no longer needed for these purposes will be deleted or de-identified. VPNBW does not retain the connection logs described above, so there is no connection history for users to look up item by item.

Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account data through a user panel support ticket, specifying the data involved. VPNBW will verify the request's connection to the account. If some order records must still be kept to verify a transaction or meet applicable obligations, VPNBW will explain what cannot be deleted immediately. Data stored locally in a browser can be cleared by the user.

If service features, data handling practices or applicable requirements change, VPNBW will revise this policy and update the “Last updated” month on this page. Please refer to the version currently displayed here. Important changes affecting account use will also be communicated through available notices on the site.
